|
100% Resistance to all elements | |
Immune to all |
Attack | Effect |
---|---|
Fire | Fire Magic Attack (ST/AOE) / Reduce Ice Resistance |

Water | Water Magic Attack (ST/AOE) / Reduce Lightning Resistance |
Press | HP percentage Damage (ST 50%, AOE 99%) / Poison |
Elemental Shift | Randomly change one elemental resistance |
Strategy
- Power and Magic Break works.
- Power Break doesn’t work when HP <50%
- Spirit Slayer effective
- Only Fire, Ice, Lightning and Water elemental damage can be used. However, you will need to take note of what spells it cast to know which weakness it has during this turn. Eg. If it cast Fire on it’s previous turn, you can use Ice damage this turn (see above Attack Pattern)
- It is best to tackle Spherimorph with Non-Elemental Attacks. <—– Make sure you get this right and the rest will be quite simple.
Suggested Units
Tank – Cecil, WOL
Healer – Tilith, Cecil, Refia, Bikini Fina
Support – Marie, Minfilia, Rikku
Attackers – Tidus, Setzer, Aileen, Orlandeau, D.Fina, anything else you got
the spherimorph is bugged on global.
It doesnt keep its reduced element resistance when it ends its turn.
So it will use whatever attack, reduce its resistance, and then when its turn ends, it removes the resistance down from itself.
