Who to pull?
Noctis DUHZ? The ability to STOP targets is definitely a great boost of power for your PVP team. Currently, there is nothing in the game that can stop STOP. One thing to note though, unlike Petrify, Stop has turn limits which means even though you managed to Stop your target, the game still continues until you kill off your target. However, unless your healer is active, I doubt anything (except Cecil) can last for more than 3 turns.
Chizuru is a great attacker if you’re still lacking in the Physical Attacker department. With her new 6* upgrade, she has ST and AOE unmitigated attacks which will help you deal tons of damage. Although Chizuru has limited weapon choice, her strength when equipping Katanas are deadly. With bonuses from her Skill and TM, a Dual Wield Katana Chizuru is definitely not to be trifled with. However, Chizuru is a little squishy with a slightly low base-HP.
Mercedes’s TM is the strongest ATK weapon in the game so far but as it is an Axe, not many characters in the game can actually wield it (unless you decide to invest in Lani’s TM). As a Pirate Job, Mercedes is good against Aquatic Monsters and that’s about it.
Charlotte is definitely the “troll” unit here. She is actually a decent tank if you’re lacking Cecil. She will get her 6* upgrade in many months time. As I’d mentioned before, “troll” equals to the lousiest unit within the banner and not the game.

Noctis is not going to be pleasant to face in arena…
Also, if you get 4 Noctis and all use dual-wield Blizzard Flask, you can get combined 240% stop, so you can add a MP healer and kill anything without ever getting hit, unless you get really unlucky?
A buddy of mine, who is no meager force to be reckoned with in arena, fought noctis and only won by his exdeath surviving with 300hp. And btw, he went up against ONLY a noctis in the group. One noctis, that’s it’s, almost wiped out an entire party of a semi-whale player. He’s WAY op.
i used BC Lid to stop noctis ,its work ,by using her hex strike ,for this week able to use debuff ability, then quickly wipe all unit or 1st target cecil / healer using your best aoe
oh I’m not saying he’s unstoppable, but being OP doesn’t mean that anyway. The fact that he can do what he can as a single unit, i mean he has it all! Rez, buffs, regen/refresh AOE, his status attack is amazing!, he hits pretty hard and gets buffs to stats with everything, can jump….He’s not unstoppable of course but he is the best swiss army knife out there right now.
Yep, was gonna say his stats are a bit weak, but then this guy on my friend list has given Genji Arm & 2 large swords to him. Scary 700+ATK x2 with AoE status ailments/stop! Once again confirms my suspicion the decisive factor in the arena is who gets the first move…. he’s awesome for long boss fight too since he can effectively replenish his own MP!

Sorry but that is NOT the normal rate for 5* Base. Expect to do 100-200 pulls to get a 5* Base. Anything less is on the lucky side. This guy is extremely lucky and expecting all the 5*s as a f2p is only a recipe for disappointment.

Used 32 Tickets and 3x 11 Pulls and got him 1 time…6 Chizurus, 4 Mercedes, 4 Exdeath and many uninteresting units :/
pulled for Chizurus, end up with 0 Chizu and 2 Noctis. Don’t know how to feel.
What is the F2P secret to getting lapis for multiple 11 pulls? I struggle to earn enough lapis each day to keep up with the daily 1/2 pull. I do have some more missions to complete, but that won’t get me 5k for every banner. BTW, I spent all my tickets from The Hanging Edge and an 11 pull… no Noctis. So far, I have never pulled a 5* base unit from any banner. I guess I have the worst luck… I did finally pull CoD, Kefka, Lenna, and Chizuru. The Enchanted Maze has been great for levelling them all up.
Personally I don’t do the daily half pull – get Bedille or Duane almost every time anyway, the odds are just awful. Generally I’d save up 12 pulls (5250 lapis) + 15 tix, then put in everything in 1 go. For me that generates at least 1 rainbow each time.
